The Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Mankato does not have any more available rooms. There are multiple other hotels within Mankato you can contact to book rooms. Please reach out to Pam Voelkel at pam@mnpork.com if any of these hotels fill up so she can remove them from our list or negotiate more rooms
